What the heck is Pisco?

Pisco is a South American brandy renowned for its bright, fruity, and grassy flavors. Introduced by Spanish conquistadors in the mid-16th century, European grapes thrived in Peru’s climate, leading to widespread vineyard cultivation. The spirit would eventually come to be called “pisco,” either after the Peruvian port where the liquor was distributed or after one of the several Quechua words.

Why limón juice?

Sourced from the unique Andean citrus known as limón persa or limón Tahiti, Limón juice offers distinct flavor profiles compared to traditional limes. Resembling key limes in size, it differs from lemons as well. We mix half lime & half lemon juice lemon to get the closest balance of sweetness & sourness, ensuring a delightful drink.
