Nikkei cuisine fuses the culinary DNA

of Peru with that of Japan

Combining the exemplary,  Japanese techniques of cutting and preparing food

 especially fish – with Peru’s own products and seasonings.

 

This exciting opportunity will feature four chefs,
who through their friendship and passion for food,
will give you the opportunity to taste this Japanese-Peruvian fusion.

 

Each chef will bring their own style
– lending an intrinsic flavor to each creation,
rendering each plate unique, and taking you on a journey
into the soul of Peru via high cuisine.

 

Our intention is to honor the ancestral techniques
of Japanese cuisine that, together with the unique products
and culture of Peru, will allow us to celebrate
and share an extraordinary evening.
