Our exclusive three-course menu by Chef José Luis Chávez brings a bold twist to holiday comfort — featuring Butternut Squash & Ají Amarillo Soup, Brussels Sprouts Coleslaw with Honey Mustard Dressing, and our signature Turkey a la Brasa: a roulade of turkey breast stuffed with bacon, green apple, and caramelized onion, served with Peruvian Pilaf Rice, Sweet Potato Purée, and an Ají Panca Demi-Glace.
