Happy Hour at Mission Ceviche

Unwind with us during Happy Hour, available Monday through Friday from 3–6 PM at both locations. Enjoy discounted Pisco Sours, wine, beer, and classic cocktails—served at the bar only—along with specially crafted food offerings designed for easy sharing.

Whether you're catching up with friends or easing into the evening, Happy Hour at Mission Ceviche is always relaxed, lively, and welcoming.

Ceviche Class

An Interactive Culinary Experience

Step into an immersive, hands-on ceviche experience where you become the chef for the night. The evening begins with a classic Pisco welcome cocktail, setting a relaxed and social tone. Each guest is provided with their own fully prepared station, with optional Mission Ceviche aprons available.

Guided by our culinary team, you'll prepare your own ceviche from start to finish—learning essential techniques like fish cutting, balancing citrus and ají, building leche de tigre, and refining texture and seasoning. The class blends storytelling, technique, and hands-on execution, making it approachable for all skill levels while offering professional insight.

Guests receive our Signature Ceviche recipe to take home and are guided through our art-filled dining room inspired by Peru's coast, Andes, and Amazon. The experience concludes with a celebratory closing shot, our signature way of sealing the night. Dinner reservations are encouraged to continue the evening.

Latin Brunch

Ladies, join us every Thursday for HER HOUR at Mission Ceviche. From 6–9 PM, enjoy buy one, get one free cocktails or mocktails, meet new faces, and unwind in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
